Ischgl is kicking off the 2026/27 winter season with a real highlight: Westlife are coming to Ischgl for the Top of the Mountain Opening Concert.

On Saturday, 28 November 2026, one of Europe’s most successful pop bands will take to the stage at the sports field near the Silvrettabahn. The concert starts at 6:00 pm, with admission from 4:30 pm.

For you, that means first turns of the season during the day and Westlife live in the evening – and we at MIETSKI Ischgl make sure you’re ready to hit the slopes as soon as you arrive.

Westlife at the Ski Opening in Ischgl

With Westlife, Ischgl is bringing international pop history to the Tyrolean mountains for the start of the 2026/27 season. The Irish band is celebrating its 25th Anniversary World Tour and is making a stop in Ischgl.

This time, the Top of the Mountain Opening Concert will not take place up on the Idalp, but right in the village at the sports field – Silvrettabahn A1, P2 car park.

How much does the Westlife concert in Ischgl cost?

The most important thing to know: there is no regular separate ticket for the concert. Admission is linked to an eligible ski pass.

With a valid Ischgl/Samnaun or Paznaun/Samnaun season pass or a valid ski pass for 2 days or more, admission to the concert is included.

If you are only spending one day in Ischgl, the day ski pass including the Westlife concert on 28 November 2026 costs:

Adults & seniors: € 100
Children: € 62

The reduced rate applies to children under 17. Children under 8 accompanied by a parent are free. A regular day ski pass without concert admission is not available on this day.

Arriving on Saturday but skiing on Sunday?

There is an option for that too: If you want to attend the concert on Saturday but only ski on Sunday, 29 November, you can have the event ticket dated for Sunday accordingly.

The organiser offers the rates “Event Adult 1 Day” for € 100 and “Event Child 1 Day” for € 62.

This is important information that we deliberately highlight on our website – especially for weekend visitors, it provides real added value compared with a simple event announcement.

Important for Snow Card Tirol & Freizeitticket Tirol holders

The Snow Card Tirol and Freizeitticket Tirol are not valid as regular ski passes on the event day.

However, holders of these passes can present their card to purchase a day ski pass including concert admission at the special rate of € 62 per person. This applies to adults, children and seniors.

Also important: On 28 November, Smuggler, half-day, afternoon, ascent and descent tickets will not be available.

Get your tickets early

If you are already in Ischgl for the start of the winter season, you can buy the day ski pass for the event from Thursday, 26 November 2026 at the Silvrettaseilbahn ticket offices.

On the day of the concert, the ticket offices at Silvrettabahn A1 are open until 6:30 pm. The organiser also points out that the number of concert tickets issued may be limited if the concert area is at risk of reaching capacity.

Our tip: Don’t wait until just before the concert to organise your ski pass. That means more time on the slopes – and a much more relaxed start to your concert evening.
