The Velill run – your first turn of the day

There’s hardly a better start to a ski day. Early in the morning, when the snow is untouched and sparkling, and the sun peeks over the peaks, the Velill greets you with wide, perfectly groomed slopes – pure flow. Not the longest, not the steepest, but a run that makes you want to ride it again and again.

The ski resort Ischgl is a dream! The modern lift system takes you from the village centre up to the Ischgl ski area! Just riding the lift is amazing. At the top is the Idalp, the main hub of the ski area. From here, you can access everything. Highlights include the smugglers route over the Alp Trida to Samnaun in Switzerland, the new Val Gronda lift and Pardatschgrat lift and Greitspitze, Palinkopf and the Höllkar. Everywhere in the ski resort you will find cosy huts with big sunterraces. In Ischgl everything is simple. Once in Ischgl - always in Ischgl.
