First, report the theft to your MIETSKI store or rental partner. You'll receive a loss report, which you then take to the police to file an official theft report.

Yes. With the MIETSKI Protection Package, you can cancel your booking up until your arrival.
You'll receive a full refund of the rental price. Only the Protection Package fee is non-refundable, as the protection is considered to have been used.
