The nighttime highlight on the Planai

A thrilling spectacle under the stars 🌙

Each January, when the world’s top slalom athletes gather on the Planai, Schladming pulses with excitement. The Nightrace and its companion event, the Night Giant Slalom, turn this region into the epicenter of alpine adrenaline. On 27 January 2026, the Night GS kicks off at 17:45, followed by the legendary Nightrace Slalom on 28 January, same time – perfectly timed for goosebumps under the floodlights.

Stadium Card – Grandstand access:
The panoramic standing grandstand offers great views of the finish area and award ceremony – though it's often packed. Choose from three categories.

Yellow Card – Entry of the final slope:
Offers a more intense atmosphere – you're closer to the action and can really feel the energy.

Red Card – Along the slope (east & west):
For thrill-seekers: stand right next to the race track and experience the athletes up close.

Hohenhaus ON-THE-TOP Card – Rooftop view:
Enjoy the race from the top deck of the Tenne, including lounge access across two levels.

Hohenhaus Card – Party view:
The party card among the sectors – great view and direct access to the legendary Hohenhaus Tenne.
