A huge commendation to Mietski! I booked in November 2009 and unfortunately became sick. The change of reservation didn't cause any problem. Communication was excellent, friendly and prompt. This is how customers should be treated. I will certainly book again next year for the 5^th time. By the way: the material was always excellent and it didn't take long to be picked up. Hi, after returning from my holiday in February 2009, where I rented at Mietski, I would now like to give some feedback. I was totally satisfied with my GS 10, very good skis with excellent grinding. Unfortunately our Board wasn't prepared that well. Mietski regretfully agreed to pay for additional grinding at the ski resort. I was very impressed – we all know mistakes can happen here and there, but not everybody is willing to admit them. I would recommend Mietski to everyone. Top material, excellent service, unbeatable prices, nice and competent staff. If something goes wrong (which rarely happens), help is there immediately. Thank you – we'll come back.

Your service and prices are excellent. I've never rented any skis so fast and uncomplicated. The skis themselves were fast and easy to turn (Völkl Racetiger SC Titanium). The service was quick and competent and I found it very comfortable not having to pay cash in the shop. All in all I am very satisfied and already recommended Mietski to my friends. I rented a pair of skis in early January and booked on the internet in advance. The price of 37€ including poles and insurance was absolutely unbeatable, additional to the fact the the skis were brand new!
